The Firehouse is a locally owned, locally staffed and locally managed restaurant. As such, we are commited to our community. Wherever possible we use local products and our company profits are reinvested locally.
The Firehouse is based on the rich history of the Bakersfield Fire Department, which can trace its roots back to the year 1868. From its humble beginnings of wooden buckets loaded onto a wagon to today's modern technology, we honor the brave men and women who risk their lives to keep us safe.
